Uzbekistan and Google Cloud: New opportunities for digital development
The Minister of Digital Technologies met with Google Cloud representatives.
The Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov held a meeting with Marcin Krasuski, Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Google Cloud.
The talks covered opportunities for the widespread implementation of digital technologies nationwide, the use of cloud technologies in public administration, and ways to accelerate digital transformation.
Today, digital technologies play a key role not only in speeding up the exchange of information but also in organizing more convenient, efficient, and prompt public services. Drawing on international experience and the technological capabilities of Google Cloud can help accelerate the processes of digital transformation in Uzbekistan.
During the talks, the parties also exchanged views on the development of digital infrastructure in Uzbekistan, the introduction of modern cloud solutions for government agencies, and opportunities for cooperation in these areas.
Following the meeting, the parties emphasized the importance of developing cooperation in the areas reviewed and continuing the dialogue between the parties.
