The Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy presented in Poland
The 13th International Asian Congress on “Shaping an Uncertain Future: Geopolitical Connections in a Changing World” was held in Toruń, Poland.
The Uzbekistan delegation, led by Eldor Tulyakov, Executive Director of the Development Strategy Center, participated in the event as a guest of honor.
Since 2014, this congress, traditionally held regularly, has served as an important international platform for fostering dialogue between the countries of Central Europe and Asia, expanding mutually beneficial cooperation, and developing new initiatives and proposals.

The congress was attended by diplomats, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and representatives of government agencies from more than 30 countries, including Uzbekistan, China, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Türkiye, and Azerbaijan.
At the event’s opening ceremony, Polish officials and representatives of the diplomatic corps emphasized Uzbekistan’s role as an important and reliable partner in Central Asia and underscored the need to expand political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian, and educational ties between the two countries.

As part of the event, Eldor Tulyakov, Executive Director of the Development Strategy Center, delivered a speech titled “Structural Transformation of the Economic and Investment Growth of New Uzbekistan”. The speech provided detailed information on the reforms underway in the country, the priority areas of the renewed Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy, the liberalization of the economy, efforts to improve the population’s living standards, and the favorable investment environment being created.
In addition, Uzbekistan Culture Days were organized as part of the congress.
