The number of enterprises with UAE capital in Uzbekistan reaches 421

According to the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, as of March 1, 2026, a total of 421 enterprises with capital from the United Arab Emirates are operating in Uzbekistan.

Of these, 143 are joint ventures, while 278 are wholly foreign-owned enterprises.

By sector, the distribution is as follows:

industry – 132 enterprises;

trade – 106;

information and communications – 44;

transport and storage – 23;

construction – 19;

accommodation and food services – 15;

healthcare and social services – 6;

agriculture, forestry, and fisheries – 4.
