Saida Mirziyoyeva meets with the President of France and Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs

During her visit to France, Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with the President of France Emmanuel Macron.

During the meeting, she conveyed the President of Uzbekistan’s warmest wishes and noted that Uzbekistan and France have a long-term partnership in key strategic areas.

“I am sure there are still many joint projects and initiatives that will benefit both countries”, she stressed.

During the visit, Saida Mirziyoyeva also met with the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Jean-Noël Barrot.

She noted that France is one of Uzbekistan’s key strategic partners in Europe. Cooperation between the two countries covers a wide range of areas, including energy, transport, infrastructure, education and healthcare.

“We intend to strengthen our partnership with France and Europe, remaining a reliable and predictable partner in Central Asia”, the Head of the Presidential Administration emphasized.
