International Welding School opens in Navoi
The Qizilqum International Welding School has been established in Qiziltepa district of Navoi region at the initiative of the Migration Agency.
The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Director of the Migration Agency Elyor Toshtemirov, Deputy Governor of Navoi region Jamshid Khojayev, foreign partners, and industry representatives, who emphasized the project’s importance to the country’s labor market and employment.

The project was carried out in partnership with the Russian company Svartex Ufa.
The school’s first training group enrolled 31 students. During the two-month training program, they will gain theoretical and practical knowledge of electric arc and argon welding technologies under the guidance of foreign specialists. Additional Russian language classes have also been organized for the students.

Participants who complete the training course will receive a certificate and a Grade 3 or Grade 4 welder’s qualification certificate. Most importantly, graduates will be referred to employers in the Russian Federation, where they can earn between $1,000 and $4,500 per month, depending on their qualifications and work experience.
