March 22 – the birthday of Mirzo Ulugbek.
Mirzo Ulugbek was not only a brilliant astronomer but also a skilled statesman who actively promoted scientific progress.
The Mirzo Ulugbek Museum Complex in Samarkand is a significant historical site. It draws many scholars and tourists each year. Its collections include over 130 exhibits.
In 2025, more than 300,000 people visited the museum complex, with approximately 60% being foreigners.
