A young chef from Uzbekistan wins third place at the Indonesia International Halal Chef Competition

The Uzbekistan team participated in the Indonesia International Halal Chef Competition (IN2HCC) 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The success of Uzbek chefs in international gastronomic competitions helps popularize national dishes, strengthen the country’s position in the global tourism market, and attract foreign visitors.

Shokhruz Ibragimov from Uzbekistan took a respectable third place in the Best Young Chef of the Year nomination.
