A stable energy supply is being ensured.
In the Yangiyul district, efforts are consistently underway to ensure a stable supply of energy resources for the population and consumers during the autumn-winter season, increase the reliability of electricity and gas networks, and prevent potential emergencies.
To coordinate preparations for the season, a special headquarters was established, and the state of electricity and gas supply was assessed in all 51 mahallas of the district. As a result of inspections conducted at households, business entities, and social facilities, 273 issues were identified, 269 of which have been resolved.
As part of preparing the electrical grids for the autumn-winter season, current and capital repairs were carried out on more than 346 kilometers of power lines. Additionally, 13 new transformer substations and 332 support poles were installed. To improve the technical condition of the grids, tree branches touching power lines were trimmed, clearing 447.9 kilometers of the network. On 213.7 kilometers of high-load lines, interphase loads were redistributed.

A series of works are also being carried out in the natural gas supply system. Specifically, 43 gas distribution points were modernized, and 62 were optimized. 3.6 kilometers of the gas network were reconstructed, and 27.4 kilometers were brought into order. Furthermore, an inventory of 283.8 kilometers of underground gas pipelines was conducted.
Technical diagnostics of the electricity, gas, and heating systems in multi-story residential buildings have been carried out, and measures are being taken to eliminate the identified malfunctions. Special attention is also being paid to supporting vulnerable families facing difficulties with their energy supply. In particular, "green renovations" were carried out in 5 households at a cost of 309 million soums.
Practical measures are also being taken to increase consumer awareness, promote the efficient use of energy resources, and strengthen payment discipline. As a result, 7.63 billion soums in electricity debt and 2.176 billion soums in natural gas debt were collected. At the same time, erroneous electricity debts amounting to 1.885 billion soums were written off.

Energy audits are being conducted at enterprises with high energy consumption, and efforts to equip social facilities with energy-saving equipment are ongoing. Additional brigades are being mobilized to accelerate work in high-load and complex sections.
In this connection, Minister of Energy Sherzod Khodjaev visited the Yangiyul district to review the work being carried out as part of the preparations for the autumn-winter season. During the visit, the readiness of the electricity and gas networks for the season, problematic areas, and the status of residents' appeals were inspected.
Officials were given relevant instructions to eliminate existing shortcomings, complete the planned work with high quality and on schedule, prevent interruptions in electricity and gas supply during the autumn-winter season, and ensure a stable supply of energy resources to the public and social facilities.

Notably, the effectiveness of the seasonal preparations was defined not only by the technical condition of the networks but also by the proactive identification of problems, their timely resolution, and the provision of high-quality services to consumers.
