Uzbekistan’s table tennis players secure medals at a tournament in Kazakhstan

Uzbekistan’s national team members are achieving strong results at the current WTT Youth Contender Almaty 2026 international tournament in Kazakhstan.

Members of the national team secured two bronze medals in the singles competitions of the prestigious tournament.

Khurshid Ahmedov and Diyorbek Dilshodov delivered impressive performances during their qualifying rounds in their respective age groups, earning bronze medals.

Uzbekistan’s Asel Erkebayeva and India’s Priyanuj Bhattacharyya secured a bronze medal in the U19 mixed doubles event. The tournament is scheduled to run until July 27.
