Uzbekistan – Tajikistan Intersectoral Exhibition opens in Tashkent
The exhibition, held at the CAEx International Exhibition Complex, brought together more than 180 Uzbek and 30 Tajik companies, which displayed over 650 product types.
The Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sulaymon Ziyozoda, and the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan, Sherali Kabir, attended the opening ceremony.
During the event, it was noted that relations between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan are steadily growing and have reached the level of a strategic partnership. Simultaneously, cooperation is being enhanced not only in the political realm but also in the economic, cultural, and diplomatic spheres.
The exhibition, focused on strengthening industrial cooperation between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, will run until March 27. The program includes B2B and G2B meetings, presentations of export potential, and negotiations between enterprises to establish long-term partnership agreements.
