Uzbekistan and Hong Kong sign about 20 agreements in the tourism sector
An exhibition of Uzbekistan’s national products and the Uzbekistan – China Business Forum were held in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, during which Uzbekistan’s tourism potential was presented.
The Tourism Committee organized the Made in Uzbekistan national stand, where tourist destinations were promoted through presentation materials, video content, and B2B meetings with representatives of the Hong Kong tourism industry.

Special attention was paid to developing cooperation with Hong Kong, one of the largest financial, business, and logistics centers in Asia and an important international platform for entering the markets of China and the Asia-Pacific Region. In addition, the city is considered one of the world’s key centers for MICE and business tourism.
On the second day of the forum at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Tourism Committee organized a B2B platform featuring leading travel companies, tour operators, and DMCs from Hong Kong, including ABC Travel Agency, CC Holiday, Chan Kee Travel, Easy Travel, Gold Choice Holidays, Harmony Tours and Culture, Upper Century Holiday International, and other companies.

The Ayvan International Avia Tour, Satguru Travel, Travel Together, Maroqand Travel, and Afandi Travel, as well as representatives of the Kashkadarya Regional Tourism Department, took part on the Uzbek side.
Following the talks, the parties signed about 20 agreements on cooperation in tourism.

The event’s scale is reflected in the high-level Uzbekistan delegation and the growing interest from international business in the country as a new center for tourism and investment in Central Asia. More than 150 Uzbekistan entrepreneurs took part in the business mission in Hong Kong, and the visit’s agenda included meetings with business circles, investment presentations, and events to expand the country’s export and tourism potential.
