Tashkent hosts the International Tournament Uzbekistan Open 2026

The official opening ceremony of the 3rd International Uzbekistan Open 2026 Karate WKF and Para-Karate Tournament was held at the Olympic City in Tashkent.

Deputy Minister of Sports Shakhrillo Makhmudov took part in the opening ceremony and welcomed the participants of the competition. He noted that karate is increasingly popular in the country, which is crucial to achieving high results by national athletes on the international stage. He also wished all athletes good luck and victory.
