Saudi Arabia to host sixth Hajj conference in Jeddah in November
Saudi Arabia will hold the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition in Jeddah from November 8 to 11, 2026, bringing together more than 520 organizations involved in providing services to Muslim pilgrims, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah reports.
Organized by the ministry in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 economic transformation plan, the event will include public, private, and nonprofit organizations from Saudi Arabia and abroad.
Government officials, business leaders and nonprofit sector representatives are also expected to attend the conference, which will be held under the patronage of King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The ministry said the conference would be a key part of early preparations for the 2027 Hajj season. Participating organizations will have an opportunity to finalize contracts, discuss operational and regulatory issues, present initiatives and solutions, establish partnerships and improve readiness for the annual pilgrimage.
The event is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to develop its Hajj service system, improve the quality of services offered to pilgrims and advance the goals of Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
As a global platform, the conference will bring together officials, decision-makers and specialists from around the world to present solutions, discuss industry practices and exchange expertise.
Its program will be divided into three main tracks. The first will focus on infrastructure and operational services, including transportation and logistics, infrastructure and facilities management, accommodations and hospitality, and catering and food services.
The second track, focused on enablement and integration, will cover security and safety, health care, media and communications, and technology and innovation.
The third will address sustainable development, including the nonprofit sector, entrepreneurship, training and professional development, and measures to improve the pilgrim experience.
Alongside the conference, a specialized exhibition covering more than 67,000 square meters will feature organizations and providers of services and solutions from more than 150 countries.
The exhibition will bring together government and industry leaders, pilgrim affairs offices and service providers, as well as representatives from the aviation, transportation, hospitality, health care, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce, investment and business development sectors.
The wider program will include specialized forums, panel discussions, roundtables, workshops and business meetings. It will also provide platforms for launching initiatives and agreements and showcasing new solutions and innovations.
The ministry said these activities were intended to strengthen coordination across the Hajj service system, support partnerships and improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims.
The previous edition attracted more than 204,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors from over 150 countries. It featured 134 specialized sessions and workshops, while more than 2,600 people from around the world took part in its training programs.
The ministry invited organizations, specialists, and other interested parties to register for the sixth edition and participate in its programs and activities.
