Samarkand is becoming a hub for international economic dialogue
International meetings, panel discussions, and bilateral negotiations are underway in Samarkand as part of the 59th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Officials, heads of financial institutions, investors, and experts from around the world are participating in the events.
The discussions focused on regional economic cooperation, sustainable development, energy, digital transformation, and improving the investment climate. Special attention was given to expanding cross-border cooperation in Central Asia, attracting the private sector, and financing infrastructure projects.
The participants are discussing Uzbekistan’s investment appeal, economic reforms, and the country’s cooperation with international financial institutions.
