PROFATOMFEST 2026: Knowledge, Leadership and Safety

The PROFATOMFEST 2026 Youth Forum is underway at the Arman Dala recreation camp in Kazakhstan’s Almaty region, under the slogan “Youth – the Energy of Change: Digitalization, Leadership and Safe Work”.

Representatives from Uzbekistan’s energy sector and trade union activists are also attending the international event, including young employees from the Fergana CHP Plant and Mubarek CHP Plant branches of Thermal Power Plants JSC.

The forum focuses on digitalization, leadership, occupational health and safety, and industrial safety. Seminars, lectures, practical sessions, and sporting events are being organized for participants.

According to the company, the event aims to enhance young specialists’ professional knowledge and skills, facilitate the exchange of experience, and strengthen youth participation in trade union activities. 

The forum will conclude on September 26.
