Open dialogue with the public provides practical solutions to problems.

The governor of Tashkent region, Zoyir Mirzayev, held his latest extended public reception at the building of the People's Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Nurafshon city.

The event was attended by deputy regional governors, district and city mayors, heads of departments and organizations, and officials from banking and financial institutions, who listened to citizens' appeals both in person and via video conference.

During the open dialogue, the appeals of nearly 200 citizens were reviewed. The appeals primarily concerned issues of housing, land relations, employment, establishing and expanding business activities, electricity supply, road infrastructure, social protection, and other urgent matters. In the course of the reception, the issues of more than 30 applicants were resolved on the spot.

For appeals requiring further study, specific tasks were assigned to responsible officials and working groups. In particular, they were instructed to investigate the problems on-site, identify their causes and existing obstacles, determine necessary measures, and report on the results.

During the dialogue, it was emphasized that it is necessary not only to consider each appeal formally but also to eliminate its root causes and develop a specific, results-oriented solution.

Additionally, relevant instructions were given to the responsible officials to oversee the execution of the assigned tasks, prevent them from remaining merely on paper, and ensure that every citizen's appeal reaches a final resolution.

Indeed, open and direct dialogue with the people is not only an important tool for identifying public problems but also an effective mechanism for finding practical solutions, strengthening citizens' trust in government bodies, and pointedly addressing socio-economic issues in the regions.
