International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia” opens in Tashkent
The 6th International Industrial Exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia” has opened in Tashkent. The event will run until April 22 and will serve as one of the key platforms for developing industrial cooperation across the Eurasian region.
Within the exhibition, approximately 250 companies from Russia, Belarus, China, and Kazakhstan, along with about 100 companies from Uzbekistan, will present their technological solutions. Developments will also be showcased by 16 regions of Russia, including Moscow, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Udmurt Republic, Chelyabinsk, Kirov, and Leningrad regions. The total exhibition area is 18,000 square meters.
Among the largest Russian participants in the exhibition and business program are Transmashholding, Rosatom, Tatneft, Arnest UniRus, KAMAZ, Rostec, Natsproektstroy, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, TMK, the Russian Export Center, PhosAgro, and other companies.
On the Uzbekistan side, leading industrial companies will participate in the event, including UzTMK, SQB, Jizzakh Technopark, Uzatom, Uzbek Technological Metals Plant, Chirchik Transformer Plant, Artel Electronics, UzAuto Motors Powertrain, Tashkent Passenger Car Building and Repair Plant, and others.
The exhibition will showcase a wide range of modern technologies for all sectors of industry: from solutions for developing urban environments and transport infrastructure to complex industrial equipment and production automation. Among the showcased developments are product labeling systems, intraoperative neuromonitoring systems, industrial robotic manipulators, 3D printers for manufacturing parts with complex geometries, unmanned aerial vehicles for logistics in hard-to-reach areas, an intelligent railway crossing, equipment for calibrating high-voltage measurements, a digital platform based on machine vision, a model of large- and small-capacity nuclear power plants, electric trains, an all-wheel-drive tractor unit, a Russian crossover, and other solutions.
One of the main attractions for visitors will be the “Russia” Department Store’s exposition, featuring samples of Russian folk arts and crafts, cosmetics, accessories, groceries, tableware, and home textiles.
The central event of the business program is the main plenary session, “Technological Hubs – a New Industrial Landscape of Eurasia”.
A total of 13 sessions will be held as part of the business program, addressing key topics in industrial development: the green vector of industrialization, modern transport solutions, digital labeling, advanced energy technologies, digitalization of production and the use of artificial intelligence, development of the medical industry and pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, transformation of logistics, training the workforce of the future, and regional industrial development.
Over the three days of the exhibition, representatives from more than 30 countries, including Russia, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Ghana, Germany, Iran, Kazakhstan, Canada, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, China, Latvia, Nigeria, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Tajikistan, and Türkiye, are expected to attend. In total, participation by more than 1,500 companies is planned.
