Digital solutions to be introduced in the geology sector

At present, the introduction of digital technologies, the improvement of the database system, and the development of the industry using modern approaches are pressing tasks in the field of geology and mining.

These issues were discussed during a meeting at the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a delegation from the Geological Survey of Finland.

Issues related to the implementation of joint projects, including the DATA4CRM initiative, were reviewed.

The main focus was on the digitalization of geological data, the integration of information systems, and the introduction of modern digital solutions.

Following the meeting, the parties identified key areas for developing mutually beneficial cooperation, including implementing joint projects and continuing digital transformation in the sector.
