Winners of the "Homeland in the Splendor of Colors" contest awarded
The opening of the exhibition of works by participants of the Republican stage of the "Motherland in the Luster of Colors" art competition and the awards ceremony for the winners were held at the Ikuo Hirayama International Caravanserai of Culture.
This competition, organized to identify and support talented youth in our country, featured young artists aged 7 to 30 working in the fine arts (painting, graphics, and sculpture).
The competition was held in two stages across three age categories for participants aged 7 to 30. The first stage, the regional level, was conducted in June and July by the Karakalpakstan and regional branches of the Creative Union of Artists of Uzbekistan.

At the national stage of the competition, more than 230 young artists—winners of the regional stages from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the provinces, and the city of Tashkent—presented their works in painting, graphics, and sculpture.

The participants' creative works were evaluated by a prestigious jury composed of full members of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, members of the Creative Union of Artists of Uzbekistan, renowned artists, and representatives from the fields of culture and art. A total of 9 young artists were declared winners of the competition.

The works submitted by the participants primarily depicted the unique nature and picturesque landscapes of our homeland. Each creative piece concealed a world of existence, emotion, and renewal, reflecting the worldview and feelings of the young artists.

At the end of the event, the winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and commemorative gifts. Every participant received a certificate.
The exhibition will run until September 13 of this year.
