When dedicated effort is properly acknowledged

To mark the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence, various celebrations, meetings, and award ceremonies are taking place across government agencies, public organizations, enterprises, and institutions.

A ceremony honoring this important event took place at the Uzbekistan National News Agency – UzA, with employees who have dedicated many years of service to the agency in attendance. 

Abdusaid Kuchimov, Director General of the Uzbekistan National News Agency, warmly congratulated the staff on Independence Day. He highlighted the vital role of the agency’s creative and technical team in providing timely, objective coverage of the country’s socio-economic developments and the New Uzbekistan construction process. He also expressed appreciation for their dedicated efforts in the media sector.  

Following the event, a group of UzA employees was ceremonially awarded the commemorative badge, “35th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

The recipients noted that they see this honor as a mark of high trust and motivation for continued productive work.
