Uzbekistan’s delegation participates in the World Digital Education Conference in China

The delegation of Uzbekistan is headed by the Minister of Preschool and School Education Ezoza Karimova.

Vice President of the People’s Republic of China Han Zheng spoke at the opening ceremony, noting that the transformation of the education system in the era of artificial intelligence is a key factor in global progress. He emphasized the importance of international cooperation in digital education.

The conference is attended by education ministers from various countries, heads of international organizations, Nobel Prize laureates, and representatives of leading technology companies.

As part of the event, Ms. Karimova held several bilateral meetings with the education ministers of Kazakhstan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Serbia. During the talks, the parties discussed ways to expand cooperation in digital education, exchange best practices, and explore opportunities to implement joint projects.
