Uzbekistan and Germany First Ladies hold a meeting
As part of the official visit of the Federal President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier to Uzbekistan, the First Lady of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ziroat Mirziyoyeva and the First Lady of Germany Elke Büdenbender held a meeting.
After a warm conversation, the spouses of the heads of state visited the International Inclusive Hub at the National Agency for Social Protection.
The distinguished guest was introduced to the hub's activities aimed at developing inclusive vocational education, introducing advanced educational technologies, and supporting young people, including people with disabilities, in acquiring sought-after skills and professions.
During the visit, the First Ladies became familiar with the educational workshops and the hub’s projects, and spoke with students.
Elke Büdenbender highly appreciated the practical activities conducted in Uzbekistan to form an inclusive society, develop vocational education and expand opportunities for young people.
