Uzbekistan and Bangladesh discuss priorities of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the President of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly and the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh Khalilur Rahman, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

The parties exchanged views on cooperation within the United Nations, the agenda for the 81st Session of the General Assembly, and pressing international issues.

Special attention was given to advancing Uzbekistan’s international initiatives. Bakhtiyor Saidov expressed gratitude to Khalilur Rahman for supporting Uzbekistan’s initiatives on the international stage.

The Uzbek Foreign Minister stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation and constructive dialogue within the UN.
