Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan deepen practical collaboration in the judicial sector
The Chair of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan Robakhon Mahmudova met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan Rashad Mammadov.
The meeting focused on large-scale reforms to improve the judicial-legal system, strengthen measures to reliably protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and entrepreneurs, ensure justice effectively, and enhance the role of the judicial community.
The importance of developing and strengthening relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan was emphasized. The expansion of cooperation between the judicial authorities of the two countries plays a special role in this process.
The establishment of cooperation between the supreme judicial bodies of the two countries within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States was also noted.
The parties exchanged views on developing practical relations in the judicial and legal sphere.
