Timurid-era artifacts found in a Kyiv museum
Artifacts related to Amir Temur and the Timurid era have been found in a museum in Kyiv.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan, approximately 40 exhibits from the Timurid period are preserved at the Bohdan and Varvara Khanenko National Museum of Arts in Kyiv.
These include glazed hemispherical ceramic objects – bowls and dishes with transparent glaze decorated with black, blue, and turquoise ornaments. These items are part of the artistic traditions of the Timurid era and are currently part of the museum’s collection.
