The President of Albania expresses great appreciation for the Imam Bukhari Complex

The President of the Republic of Albania Bajram Begaj began his familiarization with Samarkand by visiting the Imam Bukhari Complex.

The grandeur of the complex, reconstructed under President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s initiative and aligned with the esteemed status of the renowned hadith scholar, who holds a special place in the Islamic world, and the spiritual and educational ambiance here, left a strong impression on the distinguished guest. The modern museum, showcasing Imam Bukhari’s life and scholarly legacy, received especially high praise from the Albanian leader.

“The Imam Bukhari Memorial Complex is a priceless treasure of Uzbekistan and a sacred site revered by Muslims worldwide. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to visit this shrine during my trip to Uzbekistan”, the President of Albania Bajram Begaj remarked.
