The Namangan experience was studied.

A delegation from the Bukhara regional union of the Federation of Consumer Rights Protection Societies of Uzbekistan, comprised of chairpersons and responsible staff from its local societies, visited Namangan. The purpose of the visit was to exchange experiences, study the activities of regional structures, and become closely acquainted with the work being done on the admission process for new federation members.

First, the guests familiarized themselves with the activities of the Namangan regional association and received detailed information on the work being done to handle consumer inquiries, restore violated rights, organize legal advocacy events, and establish effective public dialogue.

Furthermore, the Bukhara delegation also closely examined the activities of the Turakurgan District Consumer Rights Protection Society. The guests expressed great interest in the procedures for receiving and reviewing inquiries, the mechanisms for providing legal assistance to consumers, the ongoing efforts to expand membership, and the experience of targeted work with the local population.

During the roundtable discussions, participants put forward practical proposals and initiatives and exchanged views on popularizing the best practices used in the activities of regional associations, expanding the membership base, and increasing the effectiveness of consumer rights protection.

As was noted, such an exchange of experience is vital for improving the activities of regional structures, strengthening mutual cooperation, and further developing the consumer rights protection system.

During the visit, the guests highly praised the work being carried out in the Namangan region to protect consumer rights, as well as the practical experience of the Turakurgan district society.
