Tashkent to host International Mining and Metals Forum

The 20th International Exhibition “Mining, Metallurgy and Metalworking – MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2026” will take place at the Uzexpocentre National Exhibition Complex from October 27 to 29.

The key event of the business program will be the 8th Uzbekistan International Mining and Metals Forum (UIMF 2026), scheduled for October 27-28 and supported by the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology. 

The main theme of this year’s UIMF 2026 is “From Resources to Global Opportunities”. The panel and technology sessions will cover a wide range of strategic issues, including expanding Central Asia’s mineral resource base, extracting critical and rare metals, implementing the Mining 5.0 concept, and addressing cybersecurity, energy efficiency, and environmental standards in industrial production.
