Sumo: Uzbekistan’s athletes’ success at a tournament in Tajikistan

Athletes from Uzbekistan achieved commendable results at the Open International Beach Sumo Tournament held in Panjakent.

Participants from four different countries competed in the event.

Khusniddin Khusanov won the gold medal, Diyorbek Shoyimardonov the silver medal, and Islomjon Rakhmatov the bronze medal.

Uzbekistan’s representatives secured first place in the team standings, with Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan’s national teams finishing second and third, respectively.
