Company representatives outlined four urban development projects: two in Bukhara, one in Tashkent’s Uchtepa district, and one in Samarkand. The projects span 285 hectares, with planned investments of $4.5 billion, and are designed to accommodate 115,000 residents.

Construction of new residential developments has begun on 65 hectares in Bukhara district and 25 hectares in the city of Bukhara. The projects include multi-story residential buildings for 30,000 residents, hotels, business centers, retail facilities, and leisure and service establishments.

The Uchtepa district project aims to create a modern urban environment, while the Samarkand project focuses on developing infrastructure around an existing tourism complex. The Vietnamese investor also proposed establishing an industrial zone in Zomin district of Jizzakh region.

The President approved the proposed concepts and emphasized the need to incorporate advanced urban planning solutions. The officials responsible were instructed to work closely with the company to thoroughly address the development of the necessary infrastructure and the mechanisms for implementing the projects.
