President of the Republic of Uzbekistan meets with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Han Seong-sook at his residence in Seoul.

Issues of strengthening the special strategic partnership in trade and economic, investment, technological, and transport and logistics cooperation were discussed.

Particular attention was paid to deepening cooperation in innovation and technology.

The discussion covered prospects for cooperation in trade, finance and investment, the digital economy and cybersecurity, processing critical minerals using advanced Korean technologies and Uzbekistan’s resource potential, transport and railway infrastructure, and interregional ties.
