Participants decided to expand collaborative research efforts and develop a comprehensive digital heritage database

The project “Electronic Atlas of Archaeological Sites of Turkic Countries” will organize information on the location, chronology, and scientific characteristics of key archaeological sites and present research findings.

The project proposes a digital portal called ARICA to facilitate ongoing information sharing among scientists and research centers.

The focus includes examining cities along the Great Silk Road, monuments from the early Turkic period, ancient irrigation systems, and Eurasia’s nomadic cultural heritage.

Following the meeting, the participants adopted a declaration to facilitate joint archaeological projects among organizations in the Turkic world and promote the systematic exchange of research findings.
