Logo approved for the World Judo Junior Championships
The World Judo Junior Championships will take place in Tashkent for the first time, from November 19 to 22.
The International Judo Federation has officially approved the logo for the upcoming World Championships.

The logo displays two differently colored stars, each with a symbolic significance. The red star signifies the World Championships, while the gold star stands for the Olympic Games. This design reflects two young talents shining on the tatami, with the potential to become future senior world and Olympic champions.
Color symbolism associated with athletes’ achievements is also used in senior judo. On some athletes’ judogi, their first and last names are embroidered in red or gold. Red indicates the status of reigning world champion, while gold denotes Olympic champion status.
