Ahead of the meeting, the heads of state took part in a capsule-laying ceremony for the Center for Turkic Civilization.

The complex, being built on the initiative of Kazakhstan, is intended to reflect the common historical roots, rich cultural heritage, and civilizational unity of the Turkic peoples. The project aims to expand scientific, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation among the countries of the Turkic world, strengthen spiritual ties, and promote shared values and traditions.
