The article notes a growing interest among foreign tourists in Uzbekistan. According to the data, the number of foreign visitors to the country exceeded 10.3 million, a 20.4 percent increase.

Statistics show that 10.3 million foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism in January-September 2026. This is 1.7 million more than in the same period of 2025.

Positive dynamics are also observed in distant foreign markets. Tourist arrivals from Japan increased 1.5 times, and from the United States 1.4 times. Arrivals from Germany and the UK increased by 25 percent, from France by 21 percent, and from Türkiye by 15 percent.

During the reporting period, tourist service exports totaled $5.3 billion.
