Germany’s experience is being studied
As part of a delegation visit from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Germany, a meeting was held with representatives of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.
The sides discussed how to effectively organize dual education in Germany, focusing on the institutional basis of cooperation between educational institutions and employers, the experience of integrating students’ theoretical learning with practical skills, and the challenges of training highly qualified personnel who meet labor market standards.
University specialists delivered a presentation on dual education programs at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. They discussed the main benefits of this system, including the integration of education and enterprises, as well as opportunities for students to gain practical experience and earn income while studying.
Delegation members toured the university’s academic buildings, research labs, and training and production facilities. They became familiar with the conditions provided for students, as well as the innovative technologies and teaching methods employed.
A discussion took place on developing dual education, enhancing educational programs to meet labor market and employer needs, expanding academic exchanges for teachers and students, and exploring opportunities for joint educational initiatives and research projects.
