CPHI Milan 2026: discussions with international pharmaceutical companies continue
As part of the CPHI Milan 2026 international pharmaceutical exhibition in Milan, Italy, Abdulla Azizov, Director of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, met with representatives of several international pharmaceutical companies.
In particular, discussions were held with representatives of India’s MSN Laboratories Private Limited and Kopran Limited, as well as with Polpharma Group, one of the leading companies in Poland’s pharmaceutical industry.
The meetings focused on attracting investment to Uzbekistan’s pharmaceutical industry, expanding domestic production capacity, localizing the manufacture of medicines and pharmaceutical substances, introducing modern technologies, and exploring technology transfer opportunities.
The parties also discussed forming partnerships with local businesses, carrying out joint projects, and expanding access to foreign markets for pharmaceutical products made in Uzbekistan.
