Cooperation in agriculture discussed

A meeting was held in Afghanistan’s Mazar-i-Sharif between the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov and the Governor of Balkh Province Mohammad Yousuf Wafa.

The event was also attended by Uzbekistan’s Consul in Mazar-i-Sharif Jafar Fattayev and the management of Electronic Autonomous Solutions.

The parties discussed the development of trade and economic cooperation, including the implementation of high-tech projects and joint agricultural initiatives.

Special attention was paid to the proposal to cultivate Uzbek cotton varieties in Afghanistan, as well as to the exchange of experience in this area.
