The participants discussed in detail ways to strengthen the longstanding historical and cultural ties between the two peoples, including expanding cooperation in education and science, studying and promoting cultural heritage, and enhancing friendship and cultural exchange among young people.

A key proposal discussed was establishing the Azerbaijan Cultural Center named after Yusuf Qarabaghi at Bukhara State University. This initiative holds deep symbolic and spiritual importance.
The new cultural center aims to act as a distinctive educational link, helping to explore the rich histories of both peoples. It will introduce young people in Bukhara to Azerbaijani literature, art, national values, and scholarly heritage.
A large-scale cultural and educational event, along with a concert program inspired by the Days of Azerbaijani Culture, is scheduled to take place in Bukhara in late October or early November as part of the cooperation.
