Arda Khiva and FlyArystan collaborate to promote tourism between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan
On the opening day of the international Games of the Future, the Arda Khiva tourist complex and FlyArystan symbolically advanced their partnership by meeting with tour operators from both nations in Almaty to celebrate the launch of the new international route between Almaty and Urgench.
During the meeting, Arda Khiva complex representatives showcased Khorezm region’s tourism potential and exclusive packages for FlyArystan passengers. The airline also highlighted the benefits of the new route. These tour packages comprise accommodation and sightseeing activities.
Urgench is only 30 km away from Khiva, an ancient city with a historic center listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The parties also agreed to organize a familiarization tour for top tour operators and bloggers from Kazakhstan, scheduled from August 7 to 10 and aligned with the Golden Melon Festival. This tour will feature visits to Khiva’s historic Ichan-Kala district, an introduction to the infrastructure of the Arda Khiva complex, participation in festival activities, and a B2B meeting with local tourism industry representatives. Attendees will have the chance to personally explore Khorezm’s tourism potential and craft appealing offers for visitors.
Earlier this month, Arda Khiva and FlyArystan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The meeting in Almaty marked another step toward executing the memorandum.

Regular direct flights between Almaty and Urgench will start on September 3, flying twice weekly – on Thursdays and Sundays. Tickets are currently available via the FlyArystan mobile app, the airline’s official website, and other sales channels.
