The defense of the dissertation by Karimov Bekhruz Vafokulovich on "Effective Use of External Debt in Infrastructure Development," submitted for the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.07 – "Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit," will be held on September 10, 2026, at 14:00. The defense will take place at the meeting of the Scientific Council DSc.03/2025.27.12.I.23.01, which awards academic degrees at Tashkent State University of Economics.
