In the weight category up to 52 kg Shahobiddin Zoirov defeated Ryomei Tanaka from Japan, in the weight category up to 69 kg Shahram Giyosov was stronger than Dong-Jin Lee from the South Korea.

In competitions in weight category up to 81 kg Elshod Rasulov defeated Navruz Jafoev from Tajikistan.

Rustam Tulaganov, performing in weight category up to 91 kg, defeated David Kieran Nyika from New Zealand and Bahodir Jalolov won Haipeng Mo from China in the weight category over 91 kg.

In the women's competitions in the weight category up to 51 kg Yodgoroy Mirzaeva won Xiang Ri Mi-Hyang from North Korea.

According to the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, the athletes included in the top three in each weight category will receive a license to the XXXI Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Finalists will receive a ticket, and boxers lost in the semi-finals, will compete for the third license with one another.
