Zarafshan’s Khokim Anvar Rajabov arrived in Clinton, Mississippi on November 11.

According to Uzbekistan Embassy in the United States, the visit is organized within the framework of practical implementation of the Agreement on establishment of twinning relations between the two cities, signed in May at the first Uzbekistan – American – Canadian business forum in Navoi.

The purpose of the visit of the delegation from Zarafshan is to further strengthen partnership between the two twin cities in such areas as municipal management, establishing direct contacts with manufacturing enterprises and service providers, establishing cooperation with education institutions of Mississippi.
