The Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and OSCE specialists held a workshop on “Common approach to cybersecurity in the use of the Internet”. 

It was attended by teachers of the Academy of the Armed Forces, Military Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of the Ministry of Defense, Chirchik Higher Tank Command Engineering School, Military Technical Institute of the National Guard.

OSCE experts delivered lectures on development of cybersecurity.

The event is aimed at determining the need for cybersecurity and cyber weapons in the use of the Internet in the period of today's globalization, preventing the emergence of various alien information, as well as ensuring the security of illegally acquired unnecessary information.

Long-term plans were discussed, participants focused on international cooperation on cybersecurity in the military system of the country with the OSCE.

Lectures were heard on preventing the receipt of correct and incorrect information in the period of instant reproduction of news in the world of information, posted on the Internet by excessively skilled hackers, ensuring security of various military-political information, appropriate suggestions were given on improving the cyber security.
