The Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Roumas, within the framework of the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government, in Tashkent.

High rates of development of Uzbekistan – Belarus relations on the basis of mutually interested and equal partnership were noted with satisfaction.

It was noted that the visits of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Belarus and the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to Uzbekistan brought cooperation to a new level and enriched with new content.

Heads of governments discussed issues of timely implementation of the agreements signed at the highest level in trade-economic, investment, scientific-technical, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres.
