The delegation also included 13 young scientists from Uzbekistan, who will pass a short-term internship at German Research Institute.

It was noted that activity is underway to establish Uzbekistan – Germany Technical University, which is expected to introduce the German education system. Currently, a strategy is being developed, according to which citizens from Uzbekistan and neighboring countries will study at the university.

Nabijon Kosimov highlighted the event “Innovative Ideas”, held by the Embassy in November 2018. The conference included a presentation of 19 projects prepared by students and graduates living in Germany. All these projects are aimed at strengthening relations between Germany and Uzbekistan in scientific, economic and social spheres.
