Uzbekistan, Russia develop cooperation in the oil sector

Tashkent hosted the offical ceremony dedicated to the signing of corporate agreement between Uzbekneftegaz and Zarubejneft JSCs and the beginning of Andijanpetro joint venture’s activities.
First Deputy Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov and Director General of Zarubejneft Sergey Kudryashov noted that cooperation in oil and gas sector between the two countries is further strengthening.
Andijanpetro LLC, founded by Uzbekneftegaz and Zarubejneft on March 16, 2019 conducts drilling operations in the oil fields of South Alamyshik, Khartoum and East Khartoum in Uzbekistan.
Direct connection was established with Andijanpetro office, as a result of which its specialists were able to attend the solemn event via teleconference.
Following the event, a corporate agreement was signed between Uzbekneftegaz and Zarubejneft JSCs.
