Uzbekistan, Indonesia to establish cooperation in traditional medicine
Embassy of Uzbekistan in Indonesia has held a meeting with the Director of the Indonesian pharmaceutical company Sido Muncul, Irwan Hidayat.
On August 18, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Indonesia held a meeting with the Director of the Indonesian pharmaceutical company Sido Muncul, Irwan Hidayat.
Irwan Hidayat presented information about the company and its development strategy. The company currently produces about 200 types of drugs that are used in treatment and prevention of cancer, anemia, diabetes mellitus, obesity, cardiovascular diseases and others.
Director of Sido Muncul showed interest in establishing cooperation with Uzbekistan, which has a strategic location for entering the markets of Central Asia and the CIS, as well as a solid school of traditional medicine.
Taking into account the existing mutual interest, the parties agreed to establish Uzbekistan – Indonesian cooperation in traditional medicine.
