Chinese Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co. Ltd. made a Chengdu – Tashkent flight.

On January 10, the Chinese Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co. Ltd. made a Chengdu – Tashkent flight.

Representatives of Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co. Ltd. took part in the international investment forum held in 2018 in Tashkent. Following the negotiations, agreements were reached on organizing a dialogue on attracting investment by Chinese tourism companies in tourism infrastructure of Uzbekistan, jointly creating special tourism products, increasing the flow of Chinese tourists, and establishing direct flights.

Thanks to the efforts of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China and Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co. Ltd., the first charter flight in the direction of Xi'an – Tashkent – Xi'an was made on September 27, 2019.

The first passengers of Chengdu – Tashkent flight became a delegation led by the President of this airline, Liu Yi.

It was noted that the airline will operate flights in this direction three times a week.

Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co. Ltd. was established in 2011. There are 46 airliners in the fleet.
