Jizzakh regional khokimiyat, the Central Military District, Jizzakh military garrison, regional councils of Vatanparvar Defense Assistance Organization of Uzbekistan and the country’s Youth Union jointly hold spiritual and enlightenment events under the motto “Motherland is sacred, its defense is an honorable duty!”

At the festival, held in Gandumtosh village of Sharaf Rashidov district, an exhibition of military equipment and weapons, as well as rescue equipment was organized. Participants got the opportunity not only to inspect, but also to become familiar with the procedure of using certain types of modern military equipment and weapons.

A number of spiritual-enlightenment events, sports championships aimed at broad explanation among youth of the essence and significance of reforms in the Armed Forces of the country, prestige and responsibility of the country’s defender were held within the framework of the festival.
